Proctor Academy extended the longest winning streak in Evergreen - Clements this week by beating New Hampton School, 41-6. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Hornets.

Vermont Academy moved up to 34 from 81 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Wildcats climbed the ranks as a result of falling to Pingree 41-20.

The Huskies' dynamic duo of Ken Miyachi and Matthew Dean proved tough for Proctor Academy to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Miyachi threw for 59 yards and one touchdown and Dean had 44 yards receiving. Miyachi helped New Hampton School's passing attack out by catching two balls for 24 yards.

Ryan Peel was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 157 yards on 13 carries as Ben Rulli's team fell to Ben Rulli's team. Blake Joppy also contributed to the rushing game with 157 yards on the ground.

Toby Yu made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Huskies fell to the Hornets. The 6-foot-2 senior grabbed one sack.

New Hampton School's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Huskies feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Milan Murray has thrown for 571 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Dean has 19 catches for 409 yards. Todd Collier leads the league in rushing with 984 yards.

New Hampton School's Collier needs only 16 yards against Tilton School next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Holderness takes on Proctor Academy. The Bulls have allowed 157 points this season, while the Hornets have given up 72.
