It's playoff time, and Western Alamance had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Triton Hawks get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Monday. The result was nothing new for Western Alamance, who have now won 17 games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Triton with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alison Thomas (3), Kayley Lee (3), Callie Athas (2), and Kennedy Vaughn.

Western Alamance's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-0-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 70 goals over those nine contests. As for Triton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13-1 record this season.
