Clara Martin was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high.
