Basketball Recap: Canadian Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Canadian faced off against Porum on Monday. The Canadian Cougars fell to the Porum Panthers 41-37. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Canadian's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Porum, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

Canadian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Keota at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Porum, they and Indianola will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
