Basketball Recap: Stockton Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Stockton won against Logan on Tuesday with 48 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Stockton Tigers managed a 48-43 win over Logan/Palco. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly five points.

Despite the defeat, Logan/Palco saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Breyer Delimont almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine boards. Hailey McClurg was another key player, going 6 for 9 on her way to 16 points.

Stockton pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Logan/Palco, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

After both having extra time off, Stockton and Natoma will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th. Stockton is facing Natoma at the right time seeing as Natoma is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Logan/Palco, they will challenge Weskan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
