Softball Recap: Windermere Takes a Loss

Windermere and West Orange squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Windermere had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 1-0. The Wolverines have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Lauren Harper spent all 8.1 innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on six hits and racked up six Ks.

Windermere's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for West Orange, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-13.

As of now, neither Windermere nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
