Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain View Bruins vs. Orem Tigers

The Mountain View Bruins are taking a road trip to square off against the Orem Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mountain View took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They skirted past Provo 3-2.

Mountain View took Provo into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 15-25, 22-25, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Orem got the win against Summit Academy on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-10, 25-17.

Mountain View's record now sits at 19-6. As for Orem, their record is now 21-3.

Mountain View came up short against Orem in their previous matchup back in September, falling 3-1. Can the Bruins avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
