Basketball Game Preview: Bagley vs. Crookston

The Crookston Pirates need to shore up a defense that is allowing 71.74 points per contest before their contest on Tuesday. They will take on the Bagley Flyers. Crookston will be strutting in after a victory while Bagley will be stumbling in from a loss.

The Pirates took their game against Roseau this past Thursday by a conclusive 91-62 score. Crookston was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, Bagley lost to Warroad by a decisive 72-56 margin.

Crookston ended up a good deal behind Bagley when they played in the teams' previous meeting last December, losing 77-60. Can Crookston avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll soon find out.
