Basketball Recap: Neenah Comes Up Short

After flying high against Oshkosh North last Friday, Neenah came back down to earth. The Neenah Rockets were beaten by the Hortonville Polar Bears 76-35 on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Rockets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Neenah's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Hortonville, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

Neenah will be playing at home against Park River at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Hortonville, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kimberly at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th.
