The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Carvers Bay considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Brantley Jones made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. Jones has been consistent recently: he hasn't pitched less than five innings in seven consecutive pitching appearances. Jones was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with an RBI.
