In what's become a running theme this season, Heritage gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They never let the Deer Valley Wolverines onto the board and left with a 16-0 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what Heritage needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.
Kylie Garcia tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit over 4.2 innings pitched.
On the hitting side, Mikaela Mortimer was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Brooklynn Galloway, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
