Atlee came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 60-42 victory over the Highland Springs Springers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-63 back in December of 2024.

Atlee pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Highland Springs, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6.

Atlee and Highland Springs should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings. Atlee (ranked 16th) will meet Patrick Henry (ranked 251st) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Highland Springs will take on Armstrong at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 302 places (52 vs. 354).
