After a string of three wins, Wakefield's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 70-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Three Lakes Bluejays. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bluejays apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Wakefield now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Three Lakes, they moved to 4-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Wakefield has already played their next matchup (against Baraga), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Three Lakes does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
