On Thursday, the Pierce Bluejays didn't have too much trouble with the Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] Bobcats as they won 40-22. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bluejays.

Despite the loss, Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] still got an impressive performance from Lydia Robertson, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Robertson a new career-high in boards.

Pierce has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard], they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.
