            It may have taken  nine innings to finish the job, but Steele Canyon ultimately got the result they hoped for  on Friday. They came out on top against the Santana Sultans by a score of  7-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  4-2  on Thursday.

 Hunter Haase tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched. He also  tossed  no  walks, which is notable because Steele Canyon is 5-1 when he allows at  most  one  walk, but 7-12 otherwise.
