 Crosbyton can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Friday. They were the clear victor by  an  18-3 margin over the Morton Indians. The  win was nothing new for Crosbyton as they're now sitting on six straight.
  Araceli Rodriguez made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out ten batters over  four innings while giving up  three earned runs off   three  hits. Rodriguez has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Rodriguez was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with a  home run.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Natalia Rodriguez, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI.  Alyssa Munoz was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Crosbyton's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 8-15. They've been dominating during the  matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 16.3 runs. As for Morton,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 Crosbyton will be playing at home against Petersburg at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Crosbyton knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy  run totals in its past six games -- so hopefully Petersburg likes a good challenge. As for Morton, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Jayton at 5:00  p.m.  on April 9th.
