 Bloomsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight  loss. They fell just short of the Muncy Indians by a score of  6-5. Bloomsburg was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Muncy apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in March of 2023.
 Bloomsburg saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Clayton Lunger, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2.  Brayden Holbert was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.
 Bloomsburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Muncy,  the  victory  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Bloomsburg will look to defend their home field  on Wednesday against Mount Carmel at 4:30  p.m. As for Muncy, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Neumann Regional Academy at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Muncy and Neumann Regional Academy are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
