Volleyball Recap: Kenston Takes a Loss

Kenston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bedford Bearcats.

Kenston's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bedford, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kenston will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mentor at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Bedford, they will take on Garfield Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bearcats are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
