Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cair Paravel). They took down the Lyndon Tigers 54-36 on Tuesday. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 69-58 loss the last time these two teams met.

Cair Paravel pushed their record up to 2-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Lyndon, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1.

Cair Paravel will square off against Northland Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lyndon, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lyndon Tigers face off against the Burlingame Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
