Volleyball Recap: Oswego's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Oswego won the last time they faced Pleasanton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Blu-Jays.

Oswego didn't let Pleasanton take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23.

Mia Hiben was the offensive standout of the match as she had 14 digs and three aces. Those 14 digs gave her a new career-high.

Oswego's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-19. As for Pleasanton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-17.

Coincidentally, Oswego and Pleasanton will both be playing Central Heights the next time they take the court. The Indians will host the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Blu-Jays will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
