After having lost a blowout in their previous game, South Fork was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Hoopa Valley Warriors 2-1. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

With the victory, South Fork broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5. As for Hoopa Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
