Baseball Game Preview: Stebbins Indians vs. Tippecanoe Red Devils

For the second straight game, Stebbins will face off against Tippecanoe. The Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Red Devils at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stebbins has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with four straight defeats, while Tippecanoe will come in with five straight victories.

Tippecanoe hit Stebbins with a nine-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Indians came up short against the Red Devils, falling 14-4.

For Tippecanoe's part, Peyton Griffith looked comfortable as he tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

On the hitting side, Tippecanoe got a massive performance out of Danny Browarsky, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those three stolen bases gave Browarsky a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Noah Fox, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Tippecanoe kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.

Tippecanoe's record now sits at 17-5. As for Stebbins, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
