Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Wilkes). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Forbush Falcons 83-52. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won six in a row.

North Wilkes' victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Forbush, they are on a 35-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.

Coming up, North Wilkes will challenge North Surry at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for North Wilkes: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while North Surry has snatched up seven consecutive wins on the road.
