Milford came tearing into Saturday's contest with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Thayer Central Titans 58-34. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 22 points or more this season.

Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Leah Havel, who posted seven points. Another player making a difference was Halle Johnson, who earned three points.

Milford pushed their record up to 19-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games. As for Thayer Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Milford will look to defend their home court on Friday against Sandy Creek at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Milford's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 11 matches.
