Brandon scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 67-66 to the Strawberry Crest Chargers. The Eagles have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Brandon still got an impressive performance from Messiah McKinley, who posted 21 points. McKinley's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyliest Montgomery, who had 12 points.

Cameron Crowe continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Strawberry Crest, going 9 of 20 on his way to 19 points along with eight boards and four steals. The dominant performance gave Crowe a new career-high in rebounds. Maximus Von Ancken was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to ten boards and five steals.

Brandon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Strawberry Crest, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-10.

Brandon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 69-60 victory against Jefferson on the 24th. Strawberry Crest has also already played their next game, a 71-68 win against Durant on the 22nd.
