Softball Recap: Steinert Gets the Win

Steinert's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's fifth consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They never let the Lawrence Cardinals get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.

Steinert's record is now 16-3. As for Lawrence, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Coincidentally, Steinert and Lawrence will both be playing Bordentown the next time they take the field. The Spartans will head out to face the Scotties at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Cardinals will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
