Basketball Recap: Saugatuck Takes a Loss

Saugatuck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 48-29 bruising from the Martin Clippers. The Trailblazers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Clippers earlier this season, when they won 43-36.

Saugatuck's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Martin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Saugatuck wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 54-39 loss against Kellogg on the 7th. As for Martin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-32 defeat against Galesburg-Augusta on the 7th.
