The Ninety Six Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Thornwell 61-10 at home. Ninety Six might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four contests by 30 points or more this season.

Janiyah Squire was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Ninety Six's points. Another player making a difference was Katie Fortner, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.

Ninety Six is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Thornwell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Ninety Six will head out on the road to face off against Mid-Carolina at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mid-Carolina will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive. Thornwell will take on Calhoun Falls Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
