Volleyball Game Preview: Scituate Sailors vs. Bellingham Blackhawks

Scituate is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Salem. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Sailors as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

While Scituate won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-23, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Bellingham got the win against Norton on Friday by a conclusive 3-0. The Blackhawks haven't had any issues with the Lancers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 25-15.

Scituate better keep an eye on Jacobi Houston. She was instrumental in Bellingham's win, getting 17 assists and four digs.

Bellingham's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Scituate, their win bumped their record up to 6-15.
