Volleyball Recap: White Swan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

White Swan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Goldendale Timberwolves. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Timberwolves from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

White Swan's record now sits at 1-8. As for Goldendale, they moved to 4-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

White Swan and Goldendale could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Cougars will challenge Riverside Christian at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank disadvantage (299 vs. 80). Meanwhile, Goldendale (ranked 142nd) will meet Tri-Cities Prep (ranked 32nd) at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
