Basketball Recap: Branford Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Branford hadn't done well against Lyman Hall recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Branford Hornets walked away with a 71-61 win over the Lyman Hall Trojans. While the Hornets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Branford has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Lyman Hall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.
