Baseball Recap: Oak Park Takes a Loss

Oak Park lost against Excelsior Springs back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Northmen took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Northmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oak Park's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Excelsior Springs, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-9.

Oak Park wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-1 loss against Smith-Cotton on the 3rd. As for Excelsior Springs, they will take on Raytown South at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
