Basketball Recap: Borden Takes Down Vincennes Rivet in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Borden walked away with it. They secured a 41-35 W over the Vincennes Rivet Patriots on Saturday. Given the Braves' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Patriots are ranked 144th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Borden is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. As for Vincennes Rivet, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

As of now, neither Borden nor Vincennes Rivet have any future games scheduled.
