Lamar has gone a perfect 10-0 against Trinidad recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Thunder will challenge the Miners at 4:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Lamar managed to keep up with Manitou Springs until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Thunder lost 4-0 to the Mustangs. Lamar have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Trinidad came up short against Thomas MacLaren School on Saturday, falling 11-1. Trinidad haven't had much luck with Thomas MacLaren School recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Trinidad's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lamar, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Everything went Lamar's way against Trinidad when the teams last played two weeks ago, as Lamar made off with a 5-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thunder since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
