Volleyball Recap: Windsor Forest Comes Up Short

Windsor Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Long County Blue Tide. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Blue Tide when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Windsor Forest was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 16 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16.

Windsor Forest's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Long County, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-6.

Coincidentally, Windsor Forest and Long County will both be playing Groves the next time they take the court. The Blue Tide will host the Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Knights will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
