Seneca entered their tilt with North Crawford on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2025.

Hunter Hagensick was excellent, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Jax Wall was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Seneca's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for North Crawford, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Seneca will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
