Baseball Game Preview: Canyon del Oro Dorados vs. Vista Grande Spartans

For the second straight game, Canyon del Oro will face off against Vista Grande. The Dorados will venture away from home to take on the Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Canyon del Oro is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Canyon del Oro took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Vista Grande a 12-0 shutout. The victory continues a trend for the Dorados in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won six in a row.

Tarrell Reid made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched.
