Basketball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a hard 68-54 fall against the Rhea County Golden Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 60-58 loss two weeks ago.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Rhea County, their win bumped their record up to 21-13.

Cleveland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rhea County, they are taking a road trip to challenge East Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in East Hamilton's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Rhea County has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
