Basketball Recap: CSTHEA Comes Up Short

CSTHEA suffered their biggest loss since February 7th on Thursday. They were beaten by the McCallie Blue Tornado 92-32. The Patriots have struggled against the Blue Tornado recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, CSTHEA still got an impressive performance from Ryan Swanson, who posted seven points and three steals. Swanson has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Luke Bartenfield was another key player, putting up six points.

Having lost for the first time this season, CSTHEA fell to 4-1. As for McCallie, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, CSTHEA and Bradley Knights will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another on December 2. As for McCallie, they will take on Providence Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
