Soccer Recap: Rubidoux Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Rubidoux's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Tahquitz Titans onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Falcons as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

They hit Tahquitz with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Franco Calvo, Jesus Prieto, and Alejandro Juan Rocha.

Rubidoux's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4-1. As for Tahquitz, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2-1.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Rubidoux take on the Arroyo Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tahquitz, they will be playing at home against Heritage at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
