Basketball Preview: McBee Panthers vs. C.A. Johnson Hornets
The McBee Panthers are on the road again on Tuesday and plays the C.A. Johnson Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.
Last Friday, McBee was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 41-36 to the Lions.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for C.A. Johnson, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 45-27 loss to the Lions last Friday.
McBee's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5. As for C.A. Johnson, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.
Everything went McBee's way against the Hornets when the teams last played back in January as the Panthers made off with a 56-34 win. Does McBee have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Hornets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
