Lone Peak entered their tilt with Cienega on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Bobcats.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 27-25, 15-7.

Brady Holt paced Lone Peak's offense, picking up 15 kills. Holt got some help from William Dayton and his six assists. Freddy Dayton and Trevor Allen kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Lone Peak's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-1. As for Cienega, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 14-4 record.
