Basketball Recap: Andover Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

If Junction City wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Andover, they should've done a better job of containing Asiah Sullivan. The Andover Trojans blew past the Junction City Bluejays, posting an 81-16 win thanks in part to Sullivan, who posted 13 points and five assists. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in blocks (two).

The victory was the fourth in a row for Andover, bringing their record for this year to 9-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 48.2 points. As for Junction City, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Andover wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 51-35 win against Wamego on the 24th. Junction City has also already played their next matchup, a 60-25 defeat against Great Bend on the 25th.
