Rock Valley entered their tilt with Unity Christian on Tuesday with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. They put the hurt on the Unity Christian Knights with a sharp 68-44 win. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Knights are ranked 98th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rock Valley's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points per game. As for Unity Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
