Football Recap: Southeast Seminoles vs. Dunedin Falcons
Southeast's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 26-19 win over the Dunedin Falcons.
Louisen Desinor had an outrageously good game as he threw for 273 yards and three touchdowns on only 18 passes.
Southeast was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 422 total yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dunedin only gained 315.
Southeast wouldn't let Dunedin keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Southeast can thank Darren Duval and Jayden Fields for forcing both of them. Jordan Lee was another major factor on D, making eight total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging two interceptions.
Southeast's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1. As for Dunedin, they dropped their record down to 1-2 with that loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
Southeast will host Lakewood Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dunedin, they are taking a road trip to square off against Hollins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Dunedin focused on turnovers this week as team gave up four on Friday.
