Baseball Game Preview: Gilman Greyhounds vs. Towson Generals

For the second straight game, Gilman will face off against Towson. The Greyhounds will be playing in front of their home fans against the Generals at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Gilman has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with five straight losses, while Towson will come in with six straight wins.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Gilman's offense. They came up short against Towson on Wednesday, falling 15-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Greyhounds were not able to get on the board.

Towson pushed their record up to 16-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Gilman, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-19.
