Basketball Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran lost against North Greene back in December of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lutheran Crusaders received a blow as they fell 60-46 to the North Greene Spartans.

Lutheran has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for North Greene, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Lutheran will take on Mt. Pulaski at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Greene, they are on the road again on Monday to play Carrollton at 11:00 a.m.
