Volleyball Recap: Pierce County Takes a Loss

Pierce County lost against Brunswick on August 9th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bears fell 2-0 to the Pirates.

Pierce County has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season. As for Brunswick, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Pierce County has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Lowndes on the 28th. After both having extra time off, Brunswick and Ware County will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
