Lafayette lost against New Hope back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Commodores took a hard 42-27 fall against the Trojans. The Commodores' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Lafayette still got an impressive performance from Kamaron Pritchard, who rushed for 74 yards and three touchdowns. Pritchard also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making 11 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Lafayette's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for New Hope, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Coming up, Lafayette will take on West Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Green Wave's defense has only allowed 12.7 points per game this season, so the Commodores' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for New Hope, they will square off against Columbus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
