Recap: Lancaster Legends vs. The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers
The Lancaster Legends had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against The Park School of Buffalo by a score of 57-49. That's two games straight that Lancaster has won by exactly eight points.
Several Pioneers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Trey Darlington, who scored 15 points. Those 15 points set a new season-high mark for Darlington. The team also got some help courtesy of Willy Kibowa Jr, who scored nine points along with 12 rebounds.
Lancaster's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for The Park School of Buffalo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
Lancaster will be home for the holidays to greet Cardinal O'Hara at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cardinal O'Hara has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 242 points over their last three contests. As for The Park School of Buffalo, they will head out on the road to face off against Orchard Park at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
